As a message to the general public, Grupo BAL would like to inform you that various goods are offered for sale falsely by Grupo BAL on apocryphal Internet domains.

These offers and activities appear to be fraudulent as well as a means of obtaining money and personal information from the public.

Consequently, Grupo BAL demarcates any responsibility associated with these fraudulent activities, which are purportedly performed under the name of our organization and its officials, through different mechanisms, so that the general public is made aware of them.

It is reiterated that Grupo BAL is not dedicated to the sale or resale of movable property (vehicles) nor do we grant guarantees or support these transactions. Therefore, anyone involved in such transactions or who sends information through apocryphal domains will be under their own responsibility. Furthermore, Bal reiterates that bank information or any other personal information or documentation will not be requested by Grupo BAL under any circumstances.

Grupo BAL urges anyone who is contacted or who becomes a victim of these fraudulent activities described above to act with extreme caution and to inform the corresponding authorities so that they can take the necessary measures in this regard.
